The movie takes place in a small Mexican village, where a group of bandits led by the ruthless and cunning Manuel Calvera (Yul Brynner) terrorize the locals. The villagers, desperate for help, seek the assistance of a group of American gunslingers, known as "The Magnificent Seven". The group consists of Harry Luck (Steve McQueen), a gambler; Bill Munny (Clint Eastwood), a retired gunslinger; Lee (Charles Bronson), a mysterious and skilled fighter; and four others.
