The film's plot revolves around a cop named Pandya (Suriya), who is on a mission to catch a notorious gangster named Veerappan (Devara). However, things take a turn when Pandya meets a school teacher named Meena (Jyothika), and they fall in love. As Pandya navigates his relationship with Meena, he must also confront his nemesis, Veerappan.
