The film takes place after the events of the first movie, with Po (voiced by Jack Black) having become a confident and skilled kung fu fighter. However, a new threat emerges in the form of Shen (voiced by Gary Hook), a snow leopard who was once a student of Master Oogway (voiced by J.K. Simmons).
