The movie revolves around the lives of two young women, Vasudha (Alia Bhatt) and Ruhi (Sidharth Malhotra), who are both in love with the same man, Raj (Varun Dhawan). The story takes a dramatic turn when Vasudha's husband, Siddharth (Siddharth Malhotra), goes missing, and she begins to search for him. Meanwhile, Ruhi tries to win Raj's heart, but her efforts are thwarted when she discovers that he is already in love with someone else.
