"Crank" follows the story of Chev Chelios (Jason Statham), a hitman who wakes up one morning to find that his body has stopped producing dopamine, a vital neurotransmitter that regulates his adrenaline levels. Without it, Chev begins to feel the effects of withdrawal, leading to a series of intense and violent outbursts as he desperately searches for a cure.
