The story revolves around Chandramukhi (Jyothika), a beautiful and charming dancer who resides in a centuries-old mansion, Singiriyan Kottai, with her husband, Rajasingh (Srikanth). Their lives take a dramatic turn with the arrival of Krishna (Vijay), an archaeologist who restores the mansion. Unbeknownst to Krishna, Chandramukhi harbors a dark secret: she is the reincarnation of a dancer who was wronged and murdered in the same mansion years ago.
