First, "Assassin's Creed Valhalla" is an Xbox One and PS4/5 game released in 2020. The PlayStation Portable (PSP) is an older handheld system with a much lower processing power. Porting a modern game to such an old console seems impossible. Moreover, the PlayStation Vita is a different console, but even it's unlikely to run AC Valhalla due to hardware limitations. The user might be confused between PSP and PS Vita, or maybe they're thinking about emulator situations.
