I need to check Adobe's official support. They have an offline activation process where users generate a request file on a machine with internet and then apply the license on the offline machine. But wait, is this still applicable to 2020? Adobe has shifted to CC subscriptions, so maybe 2020 is the last version with perpetual licenses. That might matter.
