The Indian film industry, also known as Bollywood, is one of the largest and most vibrant entertainment industries in the world. However, the industry has been plagued by the issue of piracy, which has resulted in significant financial losses for filmmakers, producers, and distributors. Filmyzilla, a notorious website, has been at the forefront of this issue, leaking copyrighted content, including movies like "Abhay" (1995). This paper aims to analyze the impact of piracy on the Indian film industry, using "Abhay" and Filmyzilla as a case study.
